  • Do you come to me?

    Yes — PROTECHT is 100% mobile. I bring everything: water, power, tools, and products.

  • Do you need access to water or electricity?

    Nope. I’m fully self-contained. You don’t have to provide anything.

  • How long does a detail take?

    Depends on the service:

    Interior Refresh: ~1 hour

    Full Interior Detail: 2–3 hours

    Full Interior + Shampoo: 3–4 hours

    Exterior Detail: 1–1.5 hours

    Complete Detail: 3–4 hours

    Times vary depending on vehicle size + condition.

  • Do I need to be home?

    Not necessarily. You can leave the keys accessible (with permission).
    I’ll text when I arrive and when I finish.

  • What should I do before the appointment?

    • Remove large personal items
    • Park somewhere accessible
    • Notify security/gate if necessary
    Everything else — I handle.

  • Do you work in gated communities or parking garages?

    Yes! Just let security know I’m coming.
    For underground garages, tell me the clearance height beforehand.
